Are you smart ???

 9 November , 2022

Today starts with an assembly in the college at 9.30 am. The assembly was organised by M.Ed 2nd year batch. The assembly starts with a prayer, then reads the latest news and then campus news with some funny elements. A thought of the day was also presented by giving messages, visually also. Few words about a famous person is also included. The assembly is concluded with a few words of our principal and National Anthem. After the dispersal of assembly a capacity programme was organised for the 1st year batch at the auditorium.

The orientation class was taken by a resource person MR.Manoj G, the educator of GOVT Higher Secondary School ,Venjaramoodu. The class was very interesting and funny that time lapses unkowingly. Sir gave us a interesting task Friendship Quiz which consist 10 statements  which is to be signed by an apt person. 1 statement from it is ' I am smart' and sir questioned are you smart? All have answered 'yes'. But after he asks about our proffessional goal 2 or three only have speific goals which means we are not smart. Smart means we would have a specific goal and we would start to find a path to that goal . In that point of view I am not smart ,but I will try to be smart from today. One thing that grabbed my attention is his pleasant smiley face which sir maintained throughout his class. Each and every words is valuable. Through showing some motivational videos and game of wrtting zeros in 30 seconds keeps our mind attentively and energetic .Not even a single moment I didn't feel boredom or sleepy. A speciality is that more than four come in front to give a feedback to sir , which is the most powerful evidence of his class . I am very lucky to get a chance to attend this capacity building programme. Hope for an another class.
